The early stage identification of any potential issues or detailing problems will help with the overall program delivery and cost, as these can then be written into the specification for the tender package.

With refurbishment schemes, EWI Consultants Limited will attend site and produce an independent report of the detailing and specification requirements as well as determining the suitability of the use of external wall insulation on the scheme.

For new build developments EWI Consultants Limited review all architectural detail drawings to ensure compliance with the use of external wall insulation and finishes. Assistance with developing U-Value and condensation risk reports is also available as part of the overall service.
